Genting Trip

Hi peeps. Ah ber is back from Genting. Missed me?

Took a cab and picked Lena up from her place at 10plus, reached Kenji's place at 11plus. Watched TV, ate Mac, then all of them drifted off to sleep 1 by 1 while I finished the exciting show on cable...... so I didnt sleep the whole nite. By the time I finished the show, its time to get ready to move out already..... so zombie ah ber went to prepare to leave..... but quite cool, I wasn't very sleepy cos I was sooooooooo excited......

Kerin mei called me at nearly 2am crying for help, saying her room at First World hotel was haunted. Wow..... I really dunno wat to do. All I can do is to ask her to pray, then try to change room.....

Everyone woke up at 2plus, got ready, and we set off at 3.10am from Eunos. Bought Coffee and we went on our way. Kenji dear was the driver while his cousin Alex was the navigator. Ms Lena and me were the sleeping queens.... hiak hiak hiak....

Stopped by a R&R and we (actually I only), had breakfast. I had Yong Tao Foo (malay style), the soup was quite yummy, they actually mixed the powder together on the plate and pour hot soup on it to create the soup..... nice..... and luckily no lao sai.....

1st stop was the cinema to get show tickets for the transformers movie at 10am..... YEAH. We had the OSIM massage chair seats @ RM16 each. Cool rite.... yeah... My 1st time watching a movie in genting and 1st time sitting in the OSIM massage chair there.....

After moving around, we decided to have our breakfast (for me - AGAIN... heehee..) at burger king.... yeah.... I soooooo missed burger king's breakfast......

Kenji dear bought the set meal with transformers toys.... already a daddy already still behave like a child..... tsk tsk tsk.....

After breakfast, we called kerin mei. Actually they also having breakfast and they have checked out cos dear Cindy (I met her 1st time also heehee - so many 1st times on this trip I tell you...) saw a dark shadow walking to the toilet and they immediately packed their bags and checked out.....

They lingered around while we watched our Transformers..... and the movie was really COOL. The autobots can "zeng zeng zeng" and change their position, their form and do cool things like nobody business..... very cool.... I missed my junior the moment I saw Mojo - the chihuahua in the movie......

Wondered how my baby boy was doing at his nanny's place in bradel but I know she will take good care of him one.....

After the movie finished, we finally met up with kerin mei and cindy at First world hotel.... and we hugged and cried (no la, not so dramatic la)...... and we proceeded to check in our resort hotel.....

YEAH.... we got a nice room with double beds.... YEAH.....

6 of us in a room..... with 2 sleeping bags, 2 extra blankets, jus nice, very cosy..... wonderful.....

So it was decided that the ladies should take the bed while the guys take the floor.... ahahhaha.... the privilege of us being ladies....

Dun waste time, we quickly went to the theme park ard 2plus. Only the 4 ladies cos the 2 guys knock out cos they were very tired from being on the road the past few hours without sleep.... very stressful one you know.....

Our 1st ride at the theme park was the VIKING..... no kick one... only the stomach inside niao niao (itchy) only...

And Ms Kerin and Cindy screamed like nobody business..... and everyone looked at us..... so pai seh ok..... like dunno wat happened to us must scream so loudly...... like kena killed like tat....

After that we went on countless numbers of rides including the boats, the Lupe (genting one got long name so i jus name it after the one in Sentosa ok), some other less stressful rides..... etc....


The Go-Kart - MOST BORING GAME there cos the cars cannot go fast... I nearly fell asleep driving.....

The very stressful ones can kill ok..... I NEVER in my life expect I will go on the stressful rides cos Ah ber is a scardy cat jus like junior. I am scared of heights...... so very scared.....

But, dunno wat black magic the 2 ms dai sai queens put on me...... I jus went blindly with them..... and my fav line for the whole day was "die also die only once..... jus go and try, if die, then die lor".......

We went for the FLYING COASTER, which was one of the signature rides in the park...... and this one has to pay extra RM10 for 2 rides...... really stressful ride i tell you.... 1stly you will climb on the machine when IT IS STILL MOVING (stressful enough ok), squeeze yourself snugly on the seat (standing up) and hold the handle bar in front while using your foot to support your whole body.

When the machine moves and get you ready, your position will be shifted to you lying on your tummy and head 1st towards the roller coaster tracks, jus like superman..... Which roller coaster have you sat that seats you FACE FIRST towards the tracks and you feel like superman cos you are in superman position?????? THIS ONE IS MY 1ST such ride ok......

Then it goes up and up and up and up and then ZOOM...... you fly. I was screaming my whole way up and down ok.... especially the 360degree part cos I felt like flying out of the cage already.... And not to mention, Ms Kerin and Ms Cindy's screams beside me also didnt really help me much ok.....

We all came down from the ride with bit wobbly knees..... then decided to go for the SPACE SHOOTER.


The SPACE SHOOTER

The SPACE SHOOTER is a machine that shoots you high up into the sky (around 20storey high) and then it brakes (trust me you can hear the enomously huge brake sound "psssssssssss"), then you count to 15 and the thing zips you rite down again, a full 20 storeys drop from the sky with no brakes and nothing...... jus like free fall...... jus like commiting suicide except it goes rite up and down again the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time......

We all arranged to sit together, but there was 1 stupid bitch who took my place. so i ended up having to sit by the side of the machine with an indian couple..... I took off my crocs jus in case it flew off......

While the machine was going upwards.... I was fingering the harness and wondering which way was the best way to grip myself to safety...... then I HEARD THE BRAKES "PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS". Shit.

I counted 10 to zero.... then I started to take really deep breaths and then "whosssssssss", I flew upwards cos the force of gravity was pushing me upwards..... instinctively, I jus grabbed the harness and went down together with it...... WA LAO...... so damn scary lor....

The way up was like a sentence handed down to you. The way down was the sentence being carried out..... I nearly died......

But yet I survived cos Ah ber is brave.... hahahahahaha.... I can never imagine myself going on that but yet I survived......

I survived enough to go on the COCKSCREW.....



Virgin faces of FEAR..... hahahaha - the true and most naked and vulnerable expressions of innocent fear....

The COCKSRCEW is the roller coaster that goes 360degrees too..... I sat this 10 years back..... and this time, 10years older liao, still come to try it..... YEAH...... And this time I opened my eyes and tried to be brave..... ended up, I was screaming at some parts and laughing at most of my journey..... I think the other rides made me mad.....

We also went on the flying coaster for the 2nd time and this time I opened my eyes and laughed my whole journey thru..... Think I am really mad...

After 6 hours at the theme park, we met kenji, alex and lena for dinner at 1 hong kong cafe and my xia men bee hoon was quite nice......

After dinner, we went to the casino....... guess wat....

The 2 dai sai (bring shit) queens went back to bathe while we all went to the casino. Everyone was on a winning streak. Then when they announced their arrival in the casino, the winnings became losings..... lucky for me, I dun believe their dai sai-ness..... cos I asked Kerin which one she would play, she said 258, i bet on 258 and it opened 369. I asked her a 2nd time which one she would play, she said 258, i bet on 258 and it opened 147. I asked her a 3rd time which one she would play, she said 369 always works for her. I bet on 258 and I WON. That is how I managed to survive the casino dai sai-ness..... and I won RM150.... not a bad thing cos the last time I came to the casino 6 years back, i only won RM70..... hiak hiak hiak....

We played till almost 1am and I had to go back wash up and sleep cos I was really so damn tired.

Rose at 7plus and after washing up and packing up, we left Kerin mei and cindy sleeping cosily cos they returned at 3plus after watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and they were taking the 3pm bus back home...... so me, lena, kenji and alex went off to KL city for breakfast. Had wanton mee at KLCC and it sucks. I should have gone to the roadside stalls for wanton mee.... wanted to go to KLCC skybridge but no more tickets.... so I was still happy la, at least I set foot in KLCC..... at least.... YEAH......

Went to Bukit Bintang and Chee Cheong Gai for shopping. Went mad there shopping...... woohoo..... and sorry kerin mei, dun have your coach wallet.....

Walked for a few hours, then we proceeded to Boulevard to check in. Lena refused to share room with Alex so I had to put up with her lor (ok la, you are a nice room-mate ok but I still prefer my kenji darling).

I dunno if I am stupid or the hotel staff is stupid. I requested for adjoining rooms and so far all the hotels understood me perfectly when I meant adjoining rooms. Only boulevard hotel staff thinks that adjoining rooms are rooms next to each other. The rooms that have doors adjoining them together are called CONNECTING rooms, not adjoining rooms. I expect them to understand that we booked 2 rooms of cos we wan to be NEAR each other, cant expect to give us 1 room at the east and the other room at the west side rite??????? So I tot they understood that adjoining rooms meant CONNECTING rooms..... wah, the lingo there really makes me scratch my head ah.....

So they put us on the 19th floor in ONE room cos the next door not ready. 1 hour later they say rooms ready on 10th floor so we went check in counter to re-validate our room cards.....

I went into the 1st room 1006, so happy to see the connecting door, then I realised that the room connecting to it is 1005. The guys got room 1007..... I was laughing like mad..... dunno wan to be angry or to to be tickled by the whole episode...... anyway, the guys took 1006 cos they worried for our safety regarding the connecting door.....

So while they napped (again), me and lena went shopping (again) at Megamall.....

Bad choice, we shopped like there is no tomorrow..... we ended up buying lotsa stuff and carrying huge bags.....

Met up with the guys for dinner at one of the Japanese restaurants there and after washing up and they went out for drinks with their friends. Me and lena went shopping AGAIN..... and this time the damage is really bad cos I ended up with 2 big luggages.....


We had warm sake..... I still prefer my vodka.....

Supposed to wake up at 7plus, but I cannot make it. Was sooooooooooooo sleepy and my feet are aching and killing me...... my whole body is screaming with muscle aches and pains...... must be shopped too much liao.....

Finally everyone woke up 10plus, then we went for last min shopping again and checked out by noon......

Went down to Bukit Bintang to meet up with Kenji and Alex's friend Frank, He's quite a handsome guy and i heard them say his gf looked like Zhang Shao han.....heehee.... he brought us to this local Muar restaurant and the food is really good..... next time we decided to stay around this area and shop and eat till we explode.....

After lunch, we moved on towards home......

Stopped over at A&W for tea break - YEAH.....

Then its home sweet home..... decided to leave Junior at bradel for 1 more day cos I stayed over at kenji's place. Visited my son at bradel and he was so happy to see me yet so sad to see me leave him to go his dady's house... poor baby.....

Started work with an aching body still..... Brought junior home jus now around 10plus and mopped and cleaned the room for my baby, then now, he's lying on MY bed and sleeping soundly while I am typing here on my lappy.....

Decided to go KL again in a couple of months again.... and hong kong ang BKK... yEaH.....

And I have to go zzzzzzzzzzzz already. I am at the com for the past few hours..... can kill leh..... But I wan to watch HOUSE 1st,but I dun have the disc so I'll jus watch fantastic 4 then I go sleep..... heehee.... Its almost 1.30am liao... I better go....
